Our Mission

Cat & Sharon

Height of Happiness has been created as a place to celebrate all things positive.

There is so much negativity in the world that we wanted a space to recognize optimism happens just as often, and in every moment of our lives.  We would like to celebrate all the many joys of life and we would like to encourage our readers to reach for their height of happiness every day.  Our missions has been accomplished if we can inspire you in some way.

We met in high school and never thought that we would become best friends.  Sharon was a little more edgy, and Cathy was such a girly girl.  We got to know each other even better during college.  Now here we , over a decade later, closer than ever.  We have been part of one another’s support system for many years through all of the good and bad experiences.

We both have a strong desire to let go of all negativity in our lives and focus mainly on the positive.  We are only human, and when the occasional negative thoughts slip in,  we will always be there to remind each other: things are never as bad as they seem, there is always something to be grateful for, and it can only get better.

We want to share our optimism with you.

We hope we inspire you to celebrate positivity everyday and to achieve your Height of Happiness…

Just us,
Cat and Sharon

I absolutely love what you two have going on here! Positive reinforcement is much needed in this world. It is soooooooo much easier to be negative, blame others, and not take responsibility.

    Keep up the GREAT work!
